Job Description

Our client is looking for qualified and experienced individuals for the role of Office Coordinator.

The Office Coordinator is responsible for the planning, procurement, and execution of all projects and events. He/she will act as the first point of contact for all issues arising from within various teams and be required to proffer corrective and preventive actions before escalating them, if necessary.  The role requires a high level of organisational skills, administrative skills, decision-making skills, communication skills, process improvement skills, being proactive, ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, ability to multitask and prioritise, ability to work with minimal supervision, flexibility, meticulousness, and a strict level of confidentiality.


The responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:


1. General Office Management

2. Financial Management

3. Protocol Management

4. Events/Programmes Management

5. Reporting

Job Requirement(s)


▪A high ability to take initiative and work with minimal supervision.

▪Very good written and verbal communication skills.

▪High proficiency in the use of MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel as well as general internet use.

▪Ability to work within/from the mainland and the island.


▪Demonstrable work experience in a similar role. Experience in a non-profit organisation would be an added advantage.


▪A first degree from a reputable university. Project Management certification will be an added advantage.
