KEY OUTCOMES

  • Accountable for key client sales targets (financial / Key Performance Indicators)
  • Working with the qualitative head to run monthly reviews of client performance vs. QRF targets – and establishing proactive plan for growth
  • Lead development of account strategy and communication to the team
  • Has a deep understanding of the client business, industry, strategy and business issues
  • Shares relevant industry information/trends with key stakeholders to keep them informed and connected with TNS
  • Challenges strategic direction of client organization when appropriate
  • Demonstrate research & marketing expertise to inspire clients and team
  • Ensuring roles & responsibility for reviews are tasked at commissioning
  • Prepare Precision Growth oriented winning proposals and provide insight and thought leadership for team member’s proposals
  • Application (and development of) products/tools - design projects in line with Global Practice Area guidelines and maximizing utilization of Global Business Solutions
  • Prepare and present Precision Growth client deliverables that deliver growth insights which are sense checked vs. business issues & research objectives
  • Recruit, develop, and retain high quality people through succession planning and performance management
  • Demonstrate excellence in technical and marketing expertise to inspire both clients and team members

Qualification(s)

CAPABILITIES STATEMENT

  • Relevant tertiary education (B.Com / B. Bus Sci Marketing / relevant degree pref)
  • 3-5 years’ experience at Manager or Consultant level in qualitative research role/s
  • Confident sales/ negotiation/ persuasion skills
  • High level of business/client understanding and insight
  • Strong knowledge of marketing, research
  • Clear, fair decision making ability
  • Nurture/develop team members through coaching and performance management
  • Recognize team and individual achievement
  • Empowers others by instilling a sense of ownership
