Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with existing and prospective client in the industrial sector.
Conduct regular visits to client’s sites to follow up on business, identify new opportunities or attend to their complaints and queries.
Search for potential clients in various industries in the assigned region by the general Manager to widen the customer portfolio.
Identify and interpret customer requirements and attend to them efficiently and in a timely manner.
Prepare quotations based on the technical specifications requested and pricing policy adopted by the company.
Negotiate with the client on various terms and conditions of quotations and or contracts until closing the deal.
Attend to tenders’ and negotiate with clients tender and contractors and conditions in-line with company accepted parameters and client’s needs.
Coordinate and follow up on sales projects until final execution while ensuring high quality customer service and satisfaction.
Provide pre-and after sales technical assistance and support product training in addition to developing and presenting support material to customers (technical presentations, brochures, reports, etc)
Analyse cost and sales in order to achieve sales targets on timey basis.
Prepare accurate timey reports on client’s visits, sales targets or other as required by management
Promote the company’s range of product offerings and services, attend trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
Liaises and coordinate with intercompany team’s ad departments (sales services, logistics) to ensure high quality customer service and satisfaction.
To improve annually the “starters over requirements” ratio, by managing Company’s recruitment efforts in support of Company’s Business Managers (BM)/Business Development Managers (BDM)/ Account Managers (AM), with the combined goal of enhancing the company’s overall (long term and short term) performance (robust profitability together with growth).
About the Job
His primary duty is to ensure the integrity of personnel and equipment involved in the Project.
The CDR (Company Dive Rep) is to act as “Eyes & Ears” for Company with regard to offshore operations and ensuring that required standards (IOGP, IMCA and Company), work procedures and management of change are followed by the Diving Contractor.
He ensures that all relevant certifications and IMCA DESIGN of the diving system are in date and that any close-out from those audits have been carried out.
He ensures that any close-out actions from the CTR qualification audit by LSO/UWO have been carried out; that all diving personnel are holding IMCA recognized certificates and their medical exam and logbook are up to date.
He is o/b the Diving Support Vessel (DSV) during the diving spread and crew mobilization.
He is accountable for ensuring that the Contractor efficiently executes the approved scope of work in accordance with the approved procedures. He optimizes the work planning.
He ensures That the Diving Contractor is correctly applying the approved diving Emergency Response Procedure.
Commissioning preparation phase:
Lead Mechanical Commissioning Engineer is in charge of the the definition of mechanical precommissioning and commissioning scope within the sub-systems.
He will follow up and intervene in contractor’s preparation for pre-commissioning and commissioning scope for both onshore and offshore related to all rotating and mechanical equipment.
He will participate in review contractors system commissioning procedures and Operational Test Procedures.
He will review for approval of contractor’s pre-commissioning and commissioning dossiers.
He will review the Contractors schedule, and execution plans.
He will identify and address all interface issues with other disciplines with respect to the mechanical commissioning activities. Commissioning Execution Phase Lead Mechanical Commissioning Engineer will organize, prepare and supervise the safe execution of the commissioning activities.
He will participate in witnessing contractor’s performance of pre-commissioning to achieve mechanical Completion on a sub-system basis.
He will witness contractor’s performance of commissioning execution to achieve RFSU on system and subsystem basis for all rotating and mechanical equipment.
He will participate in follow-up of contractor’s punch list activities and control of punch list items
To ensure generation of Engineering design deliverables prepared with due diligence after appropriate consideration of Company’s requirement and comprehensive compliance with Elcrest E&P’s Quality Systems Procedure; to encourage a First-Time-Right (FTR) approach for preparation of design deliverables, per approved budget/schedule.
Lead the entire Process Ops and support across the operations.
Develop process optimisation remedies to help boost efficiency.
Develop capacity building for al HSE operations
Become the focal point for all process studies across the major operations which will include – Process modelling, and all other studies relating to HSE across all assets.
Oversee all the process safety related matters
To assure the mechanical integrity of production facilities and ensure minimum risk to personnel, environment and facilities from materials or corrosion related issues.
To maintain and demonstrate that the Safety Critical Barriers are being safeguarded and that the Performance Standards are being met
Develop a working knowledge of the systems at facility in order to facilitate maintenance and fault finding activities.
Ensure the CMMS system is working effectively between the onshore and offshore facilities
Responsible for the administration of the CMMS and for ensuring that the system software remains current and updated
